Police arrest diamond theft suspects

An eye-witness said the men had many precious stones in their possession when they were arrested at a popular hotel in the city.

CID deputy director, Matthews Maduwane said that they arrested three men with stones that looked like diamonds in Gaborone.

He could not say whether they were real diamonds or not as they were still waiting for test results.
