TSS made their long-awaited entry into the league after acquiring City Polar’s status during the off-season. Promotion to the Premier League remains their ultimate goal, but the trainer knows it would not come easy. The Thamaga-based side opened their campaign with a spirited 1–1 draw against former champions, Jwaneng Young Stars, before claiming their first win in a 3–1 triumph over Tlokweng United.

However, their momentum stalled with back-to-back defeats amongst them a 1–0 loss to Notwane and a 3–1 beating at the hands of Dinare FC at the GU Stadium last weekend.

The latest defeat saw TSS drop to seventh in the 12-team log and five points adrift of table-toppers, Young Stars.

However, Olebile believes it is far too early to panic.

'Let me tell you, my friend, I have been in First Division; you cannot say someone has taken it away even when they are leading by five points. This is the First Division; you will never predict it. You can win this game and lose the next game. Let us not forget about Dinare; they have done themselves justice by winning this game,' Olebile said.

'Obviously, accumulating points will also build your confidence. For us who have lost, this should be a concern. As much as we are playing 22 games, we should be collecting points, and this should be a worry to TSS.'

The veteran coach pinpointed the team’s defence as their Achilles heel, having already conceded six goals in four matches, one of the worst records in the league.

'This is a newly promoted team, but you know, you cannot take anything away from these boys. The aggression, the power is there, we just have to unlock something.

'For us to win the games, we really need to stop conceding every game that we play. First Division is a matter of getting a goal and defending it. I think we are still porous in terms of the way we defend,' he said.

TSS will look to bounce back when they host struggling Holy Ghost, who sit 11th, at the TSS Grounds on Saturday at 4pm. In other fixtures, Notwane face Young Stars at the GU Stadium tonight at 5:30pm, followed by a clash between Tlokweng United and Dinare FC at 8pm.

On Saturday, Majweng welcome Uniao Flamengo Santos in Jwaneng, Tsetseng United meet Security Systems at Matsha College, and Taung Young Strikers battle Prisons XI at the Lekidi East Grounds.
