You are hereby summoned to appear before this Court to be held at FRANCISTOWN on the 3rd November 2025 at 08:30a.m to show cause why a decree of civil imprisonment should not be made against you at the suit of POWER PLUS ELECTRICAL & BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (PTY) LTD in respect of the non-payment of the sum of P120 000.00 [One Hundred and Twenty Thousand Pula], Interest thereon at the rate of 10% per annum calculated from the date of service of summons to date of final payment, costs for the default judgment application and costs of suit which Plaintiff recovered by the order of this Court dated the 2nd of May 2024, recovered against you by the said POWER PLUS ELECTRICAL & BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (PTY) LTD
