Master Products (Pty) Ltd, a leader in furniture and bedding manufacturing, is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and drive efficiency across our production facility. This role requires a highly motivated professional with proven expertise in managing large-scale manufacturing operations and leading high-performing teams. Key Skills & Experience Required:

Strong background in Product Design Operations.

Proven ability in developing and managing Bill of Materials (B.O.M.).

Expertise in Product Costing and Financial Control of Operations.

Solid experience in Raw Material Planning, Procurement, and Inventory Management.

Demonstrated success in managing production facilities with over 100 employees.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Hands-on experience in Production Planning and Scheduling Operations.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Implementation and management of Quality Control Systems.

Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, MRP systems, and Syspro Accounting software.

Preference will be given to applicants who have:

Over 15 years of experience in Operational Management within a large-scale furniture or bedding manufacturing environment.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Operations, Manufacturing, or Business Management.
