ROAD SURFACING & SERVICING FOREMAN

We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Road Surfacing Foreman to lead our team in road construction and maintenance projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

*Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of road surfacing operatives, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to meet project deadlines.

*Safety: Enforce strict health and safety protocols on site, conducting regular safety briefings and risk assessments.

*Quality Control: Ensure all work meets company and client specifications, inspecting completed work for quality and accuracy.

*Reporting: Maintain accurate daily site logs and project documentation, reporting progress and any issues to the Project Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

*Double Seal Bituminous Surfacing

*MC 30 Prime Coat

*Proven experience as a foreman in the road surfacing or civil engineering industry.

*Strong knowledge of road surfacing materials, techniques, and equipment.

*Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

*The foreman must be experienced (more than 5 years)
