BE PLEASED TO TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to a Judgment granted by the above Honourable Court on the 15th March 2024 the following immovable property of the abovementioned Defendant will be sold by means of public auction to the highest bidder by DEPUTY SHERIFF UYAPO MAFIKA as follows:

VENUE : Tribal Lot 3708, Mmopane

TIME OF SALE : 1030 hours

TERMS OF SALE: Only cash or Bank Transfer (EFT) will be accepted. The detailed conditions of sale are available for inspection at the undersigned Attorneys’ offices.

PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: The Defendant’s title rights and interest in a certain piece of land being Tribal Lot 3708, Mmopane situate at Mmopane in the Bakwena Tribal Territory; measuring 1140 m2 (One Thousand One Hundred and Forty Square Metres) held under Notarial Deed of Cession and Delegation No. MA 752/2012 dated 08th day of October 2012 made in favour of Thabani Balang specially executable. The developments therein are a 3 bedroomed house consisting of 2 bathrooms, the other being an ensuite, 2 x toilet and bath, sitting room, open plan kitchen, paved, electric fence and motorised gate and double garage.
