Mr Projects' life and legacy felt by many

Various speakers described him as humble, compassionate, and dedicated to serving others. The Speaker of the National Assembly, Dithapelo Keorapetse, praised Lelatisitswe as a kind-hearted and God-fearing person who loved his family and served the people enthusiastically.
Keorapetse highlighted Lelatisitswe's impressive parliamentary record, noting that he tabled 73 motions and 363 questions during his tenure.
'We worked together well despite our political differences. He also served in seven parliamentary committees,' he added. Former president Dr Mokgweetsi Masisi described Lelatisitswe as a strong, hardworking, and determined individual who was a great listener.
Masisi stated that 'Mr Projects' was honest and observant; he would delegate him to perform duties which he would complete successfully.
He added that Lelatisitswe always prioritised his constituents and always spoke on their behalf.
BDP president Mpho Balopi expressed sadness at Lelatisitswe's passing, indicating that they had lost a promising individual and that they had high expectations of him.
Balopi recalled meeting Lelatisitswe in 2013 whilst preparing for by-elections and being impressed by his love for his constituents and his ability to build strong relationships.
He stated that his good relationship with the people contributed to winning the constituency in the 2014 General Election.
Lelatisitswe's uncle, Keineetse Nkwa, remembered him as a calm and collected person who worked tirelessly for his constituency.
Nkwa recounted how Sethomo served people diligently at the hospital by eliminating queues.
He stated that Lelatisitswe sought their permission when he joined politics, and they supported his decision because he was competent to lead people.
He said that throughout his journey in Parliament, Lelatisitswe proved to be a visionary leader.
“We expected a lot from him so that he could continue working for the country,” he continued.
Farm manager Gobifelwamang Ofeditse shared how Lelatisitswe had groomed him and supported his education. Ofeditse described Lelatisitswe as having a giving heart and always putting his constituents first.
'I have lost a dear friend, and heaven has gained another angel,' he added.
Lelatisitswe’s neighbour and friend, Mothusi Tladi, described him as humble and tolerant, despite his status in society. Tladi praised Lelatisitswe's great decision-making skills and his ability to accommodate others. 'Mr Projects' leaves behind a legacy and a loving family, including six children, mother, and nine siblings.
