Proposal to Enter into a Controlled Transaction (In Terms Of Section 34 (1) of the Tribal Land Act No. 1 of 2018)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the members of the public of the following proposed transaction to be entered into between Lucky Masego Toto (citizen) and Welcome Enterprises (Proprietary) Limited (non-citizen), for the sale of the here under-mentioned property:

CERTAIN: ploughing field;

SITUATE: at Selokwana in the Batlokwa Tribal Territory;

MEASURING: 161.9 x 149 x 195 x 142 Metres.

For the consideration amount of P550, 000.00 (Five Hundred and Fifty Thousand Pula) to be paid in terms of the deed of sale.

Any citizen of Botswana who objects to or is interested in entering into a similar transaction in respect of the aforementioned property is afforded the right to register such objection or interest, in writing, to the Secretary of the Tlokweng Land Board, Private Bag T09, Tlokweng or submit at the offices of the here under-mentioned attorney within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice, to receive priority notwithstanding the proposed transaction out above.
