PROPERTY TO BE SOLD:A certain piece of land being Tribal Grand No. 596-JO, Situated in the Barolong Tribal Area Measuring 9.0718ha (Nine Point Zero Seven One Eight Hectares) which property is held under Memorandum of Agreement of Lease No. TG 247/2013 dated 25th day of July 2013 made in favour of NONOFO KEABETSWE MOTLHABANE, together with development thereon being a ploughing land cleared, unfinished building structure and fenced.
