After South African legends won the tournament for the second time, the celebrations were entirely shut down by the amazing performance of the well-known local traditional dance group, Cultures Spears. The group delivered an unforgettable performance with some of the songs from back in the days.
With players from the competing teams singing and dancing along to their songs, the Kulenyane hit makers' performance gave football fans a nostalgic look back. When Culture Spears performed a glimpse of Kulenyane and Kuba Kuba during their entrance, the crowd went wild and started cheering.
In addition, the traditional group left no crumbs on the stage and shut down the stadium. The crowd was also singing Ntjanyana ya Borikiriki and Bae botsa nokeng and South Africa's legendary goalkeeper, Itumeleng Khune was featured in a video that went viral singing the same song. The traditional group also performed Lebante, Tshidi, and Kulenyane in full, which was a fantastic performance overall. Lioness Ratang also delivered a performance that was noteworthy. She sang the songs, Call me, and Nako e tsile, which are now popular on radio.
The fans were left on their toes earlier by the performance of South African Lekompo vocalist, Kharishma. Dr. Vom and Bana Bana Ba Ntogwa were two other performers that left the football fans craving for more. Meanwhile, a female Ghetto Classical DJ, Missy, left the crowd going nuts with her classical mixes.
