Job Advertisement: Instructor – Columba Security (Pty) Ltd

Columba Security (Pty) Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Instructor to lead physical and tactical training for security personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A university degree in Sports Sanda, Taekwondo, or Martial Arts;

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security training or combat instruction;

• Strong background in self-defense and hand-to-hand combat techniques;

• Ability to train personnel in controlling and restraining violent individuals;

• Excellent communication and instructional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct professional training sessions for new and existing security guards;

Teach combat skills and tactical techniques to prevent or stop attacks by criminals;

Develop and assess trainees in areas including surveillance, access control, and incident response;

Ensure all trainees understand and comply with security protocols and procedures;

Organize practical simulations to improve real-time response and readiness.
