Juu Matere, Chokoma kiss and make up

The young Kalahari music artist who has just recently won a number of awards at the Yarona FM Music Awards (YAMAS) told this publication that his plan of expressing displeasure on social media was nothing personal but he wanted to explain to his fans why he performed barely five minutes. He said a number of people called him demanding an explanation. He, however, said going public about his frustrations did not mean he and the artist who is also his friend are enemies. 'I just went online because I was tired of explaining to my fans one by one. Me and Chokoma are friends, he is my guy and will always be. I urge the public especially my fans not to take that issue personally because we met, talked and made peace. Our friendship still holds and they will see us working together in future. Our bond remains strong. I urge the public to continue supporting us,' he said.
During the YAMA awards, the pair was seen embracing each other when Juu Matere won awards. The two even contested for an award that was scooped by Juu Matere. However, Chokoma escorted Juju Matere to the stage and congratulated him. When Juu Matere won his other three awards making them four, Chokoma was there for him. Juu Matere also promised the audience that he would continue working with Chokoma and thanked him for always being by his side. The duo was also seen taking pictures and celebrating together. During an interview, Chokoma expressed his excitement for Juu Matere to have won so many awards saying that despite his loss, he was happy that his friend won not just one award but four. He also confirmed that their friendship would never be moved despite their differences recently.
