So how do you spot a mushroom in the AI space? • They offer no real transparency. If someone can’t clearly explain how their AI works, who built it, or what it actually does — be cautious. • They focus more on selling a dream than solving a real problem. True AI is practical, data-driven, and often invisible. It improves processes, enhances efficiency, and builds long-term capacity. • They make it all sound “instant.” Real transformation — even with AI — takes time, strategy, and human alignment.

What You Should Look for Instead

Choose partners and platforms that prioritize education, ethics, and evidence. Ask: • What is the real-world impact of this solution? • Can I see how this has worked for others like me? • Will I be empowered to grow beyond the tool?
