EOI Addendum: National Retail Payments Switch Update

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) NUMBER: MOF/POU/2/4/25-26 FOR THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NATIONAL RETAIL PAYMENTS SWITCH (NATIONAL SWITCH) BY ISSUANCE of this addendum bidders are informed that there are amendments to the above-mentioned expression of interest. (EOI) The Ministry hereby submit another option to the method of bid submission on pg.6 of EOI. Bids should be compressed to 25MB and electronically submitted to retailpayments@qov.bw The closing date and time for receipt of EOI has been extended from 12th May 2025 to 30th May 2025 at 1000 hours. Kindly note that queries relating to EOI closes today (5th May 2025). The extension of the EOI closing date to 30th May 2025 is granted solely to afford prospective bidders adequate time to compile and submit their responses. The closing date and time for receipt of EOI is 1000 hours on 30th May 2025. Late tender offers will NOT be accepted. Terms and conditions of the EOI remain the same.
