Maun Police Station commander, Superintendent Joseph Lepodise, said the deceased's older brother said he left the deceased at home in the morning.
When returning from work at 6pm, he found his younger brother hanging from the rafters and reported the matter to the police, Lepodise narrated.
'On arrival police rushed the young man to Letsholathebe Memorial Hospital where he was certified dead on arrival by the doctors. The cause of his actions isn't known because he didn't leave any message,' he said.
'His brother said he didn't show any signs of unhappiness or being suicidal prior to the incident hence confused to what could have forced him to take his own life.'
Lepodise went on to plead with members of the public to seek help when troubled than resorting to taking their own lives as the decisions traumatise other family members.
He said social workers, pastors, dikgosi even the police are always available to intervene, give anyone troubled an ear and people should utilise them.
