Man attacked, stabbed with knife in Old Naledi

The incident occurred on Sunday at around 1am in Old Naledi, Gaborone whilst the victim was walking from an entertainment area.
On the way back home, the victim met two men who attacked him, leading to a fight.
No.13 District Officer Commanding, Senior Superintendent Obusitswe Lokae said in the middle of the fight one of the suspects stabbed the victim with a sharp object on his chest before fleeing the scene.
'The victim reported the matter to the police who thereafter rushed him to Extension 2 Clinic. He was later referred to Princess Marina Hospital where is he currently hospitalised.
'It was his first time seeing the criminals. We have since launched investigations to locate and arrest the suspects who are still on the run,' he said.
