Pangolin Photo Safaris is Hiring a Photographic Host!

Are you an experienced wildlife photographer fluent in English, German, and French and a Citizen of Botswana? Join our team in Kasane, Botswana, and lead photo safaris through the stunning landscapes of Chobe and beyond!

Responsibilities

*Guest Engagement & Experience

*Lead photo safaris, ensuring the best photographic opportunities.

*Photography & Teaching

*Guide guests in photography techniques & camera settings

*Conduct photography workshops and Guide guests in photography techniques & presentations

*Equipment & Technical Assitance

*Assist with post processing (light room, Photoshop etc.)

*Content Creation & Marketing

*Provide commentary on wildlife behaviour and ethical photography.

*Coordination & Logistics

*Capture and edit content for marketing and social media.

*Conservation & Ethical Practices

*Coordinate with guides for ideal positioning during game drives or boat cruises.

Job Requirements:

*Fluent in English, German, and French (other languages are a plus).

*Expert in wildlife, landscape, and astrophotography with a strong portfolio.

*Proficient with modern camera gear of different brands, camera techniques, composition, exposure triangle, and post-production.

*Experience in African tourism (5+ years preferred).

*Ability to translate professional guide commentary into engaging photography tips.

*Strong video editing skills (for YouTube and social media).

*Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years experience and valid Professional Driving Permit.
