SENIOR MANAGER-FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Mutua and Associates is a recently established chartered accountants firm and is looking for an experienced chartered accountant to manage the company’s Financial

Management Services division. The incumbent must possess a professional accountancy qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CIMA, must have more than ten years post qualification experience and must be a fellow member of Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants in good standing. Possessing a Bachelor of Commerce

Degree or equivalent from a reputable university will also be an added advantage. He or she must have worked as a Finance Manager or Chief Financial Officer in a busy company and experienced in Development Finance or similar qualification.

He or she must possess strategic leadership skills, strategic financial management and business risk management skills. Experience in strategic leadership of a company at a Chief Executive Officer Level will be an added advantage. The person will be required to lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve its company objectives and sometimes go on secondments at the company’s esteemed clients where he or she will work for periods ranging from six to twelve months or more in medium to large organisations.
