GRAPHIC DESIGNER/MARKETING

Tasks and duties.

Manage sensitive digital and print archives of value historic and current photography

Meet with clients or the art director to determine the scope of a project

Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs

Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message.

Coordinate office-wide time strategies to track budgets, campaigns and marketing.

Website interface design that enhances user experience (UX)

Create and maintain Facebook fan page / Other Social Media.

Brand / Product Design

Qualification

Any relevant qualification and experience

Experience

Minimum of 15 Years of Experience in Retail Advertising and Graphic Design

BAKERY & CONFECTIONERY MANAGER

Task and duties

Proficiency in Management Systems

Inventory Management and Product Promotions

Ensure employees are preparing products according to company recipes and standards

Develop, implement, and manages all production procedures to ensure all plant goals are met.

Ensure compliance with food safety operating standards (GFSI) intermediate and maintain customer audit requirements

Maintain records for all phases of production relative to safety, food safety & key performance indicators

Manage bakery facility staff and deal with day-to-day staff/disciplinary issues

Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff

Experience:

Food Safety & Bakery Confectionery Training Certificates with minimum of 12 years of experience in Bakery & Confectionery Management
