PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: A certain piece of land being Lot 15186, Situated in Mochudi in the Bakgatla Tribal Territory, measuring 1670m² (One thousand Six Hundred and Seventy Square Metres), which property is held under a Notarial Deed of cession and delegation No. MA 43/2021 registered on 20th day of January 2021, made in favour of MOLATLHEGI MONTEY MODISE together with development thereon being a 2 bedroom house, 2 separate toilets, sitting room and kitchen.
