PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: Piece of Land being Lot 9072, Letlapeng situated in the Batlokwa Tribal Territory, measuring 864m² (Eight Hundred and Sixty-Four Square metres), which is held under Notarial Deed of Cession No. MA 169/2021 dated 16th day of February 2021 and registered in favour of MALEBOGO OLOBE together with the developments being a two-bedroomed house comprising of fitted kitchen, sitting room, combined toilet and bathroom, and screen wall.
