NOTICE UNDER S.5 OF LAND CONTROL ACT (CAP 32:11)

BE PLEASED TO TAKE NOTICE that the following controlled transaction is proposed: 1.

PARTIES

1.1 TRANSFEROR: CHARTIC PROPRIETARY LIMITED

1.2 TRANSFEREE: NGAMI MOTORS PROPRIETARY LIMITED

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE AGRICULTURAL LAND:

CERTAIN: piece of land being Portion 953 (a Portion of 808-NK) of Farm Grasspan

54- NK)

SITUATE: at Ghanzi Farms (Cadastre 246) in the Ghanzi Administrative District

MEASURING: 6.8450 Ha. (Six point Eight Four Five Zero Hectares)

HELD: under Deed of Transfer No. 1282/2021 registered on the 15th July 2021 in favour of CHARTIC PROPRIETARY LIMITED

SUBJECT: to the conditions and reservations mentioned in the aforesaid Deed.

CONSIDERATION: P300,000-00 (Three Hundred Thousand Pula)

All Botswana citizens interested in entering a similar transaction in respect of the abovenamed property shall be given priority notwithstanding the agreement reached by the above mentioned parties regarding the controlled transaction.

Any person wishing to object to the proposed controlled transaction shall give notice of his intention to oppose and the reasons thereof to the Honourable Minister of Lands and Agriculture with copies to the Attorneys hereinafter named within 90 days from the date of this notice.
