Pharmacist – Pharmaceutical Distributor

Location: Gaborone, Botswana

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a Regulatory Pharmacist to support compliance in warehouse operations, facilitate new product submissions, and general management of distribution.

Key Responsibilities

All regulatory activities related to GMP, distribution, product registration, maintenance, etc,

Ensure quality management processes align with regulatory requirements.

Support staff training on Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and SOPs.

Assist with supplier and internal audits to ensure compliance.

Collaborate with other departments for smooth regulatory processes.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Manage daily stock activities, and maintain all necessary regulatory requirements in-house and other.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.

Experience in regulatory or compliance-related roles within pharmaceuticals or biotechnology.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have BHPC registration with a minimum of 4 years experience as a pharmacist.
