The event was held at the Millennium Jazz Restaurant early Sunday morning. Even though it started late, it is always a thrill to watch the Miss Millennium beauty pageant as the contestants always make sure they give the audience memorable performances whilst also showing off their intelligence. Forty-three-year-old Pansiri from Serowe did not only steal the audience and judges’ hearts with her beauty but did prove she had what it takes to win the Miss Millennium 2025 title. In the talent show where each contestant had to showcase the kind of job or career a Motswana woman could do, she chose a role of a prophetess where after a short sermon, she advised the audience not to forget to 'give to the house of the Lord' and also encouraged them to give tithes. As she did that, there were baskets going around for people to put in their offerings. She made it to both top six and top four where the final question for top four finalists was whether they thought that the International Women's Day should be declared a holiday and why.

Her response was that it should not be made a holiday since the country and the rest of the world were trying hard to fight against gender inequality. She added that the day was important and had to be celebrated. 'It should not be made a holiday. There is a need for us to really fast forward the measures and be decisive when making aggressive decisions to make sure that we discriminate against gender inequality, gender based violence and everything that we do not need,' she said. Her olive green evening dress complemented her body and her beauty with brains made her the fairest of them all hence her scooping the crown. Moreover, 40-year-old Wame Leburu scooped the second runner up position while One Ramotlaba aged 49 years, scooped the first runner up position. Amongst the most vibrant and interesting contestants who made the night for the audience was 59-year-old Phemelo Tebogo from Goodhope, who will be turning 60 years in four months time.

Her energy and vibe was out of this world and she won the audience’s hearts. Her beige evening dress was simple but glamorous. She was awarded Miss Personality and walked away with digi post from Botswana Post, where she could sell their services to the community at the comfort of her home. Some of the interesting contestants' talent show parades were the audience's favourites and include that of 45-year old Monica Sebobi from Mogoditshane, a modern maid, girl of the night (sex worker) by 46-years-old, Tebogo Lefatshe from Palapye; Ramotlaba who posed as a nurse and Tebogo who posed as a traditional healer. However, all the 12 finalists did their best and gave the revellers a fun filled pageantry. During her reign, the new queen (Pansiri) is expected to run a project that will be beneficial to the community. For 17 years now, this charitable pageantry has positively impacted the lives of the Mogoditshane community members including those of the contestants and the queens. It also brought the women together and allowed elderly women despite their background, body shape and status in the community who are passionate about making a positive impact in their communities to play a role. As such, it has won the hearts of many Batswana, inclusive of the patrons of Millennium Jazz Restaurant of whom are mostly the senior citizens.
