PROPERTY TO BE SOLD:The 5th Defendant’s rights, title and Interests, On certain pieces of land being Tribal Grant 215-MP measuring 5.0564HA (Five Point Zero Five Six Four Hactares) with developments thereon being a single-storey main house, three staff quarters, Tuck Shop, an eating area/sitting area designed as a boat and an equipped borehole.
