Position Overview:

Danoher Botswana is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and visionary Country Manager to lead and manage operations in Botswana. As the Country Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business, including sales, operations, strategy implementation, and market development. You will lead a high-performing team, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and drive growth while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Required Experience, Qualifications and Skills:

Degree – Construction or Mining-related

Proven experience of 10+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the mining or civil construction industry

Strong technical knowledge and experience in fixed and mobile Crushing and Screening equipment.

Strong technical knowledge and experience in Earth Moving Equipment(Yellow Plant).

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction aggregates.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Results-oriented with strong financial and analytical skills.

Ability to think strategically, make sound decisions, and execute effectively.

Remunerations: Market-Related
