Request for Submission of KYC Details

As part of our ongoing efforts to comply with regulatory requirements and ensure the integrity of our shareholder records, FSG Limited is undertaking an initiative to update its shareholder information.

In this regard, we kindly request you to submit your Know Your Customer (KYC) details at your earliest convenience. These details are necessary to fulfill the compliance requirements set forth by relevant authorities and will help in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to enable us to communicate with you timeously.

The KYC documents required are:

1.Proof of identity (e.g. Passport, National ID, or Driver’s License) 2.Proof of address (e.g. Utility Bill)
