Public notice for the Reduction of Capital issued in terms of Section 59 (2) of the Companies Act

Be notified of the intention by the shareholders to reduce the stated capital as follows;

• only a limit of 40,000,000 shares shall be reduced from a stated share capital of 83,579,484 shares, such that post reduction the stated share capital would be 43,579,484 shares;
