TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER

TITLE: 2025 CH2 HUNTING QUOTA

The CECT invites tenderers/bidders from Botswana registered companies to lease and manage Community Controlled Hunting Area CH2 for the duration of the 2025 Hunting quota ONLY (i.e) April 2025 to September 2025 or alternatively when the 2025 hunting season ends.

Tender documentation containing guidelines for the preparation of proposals and details of the area on offer can be obtained from the Chobe Enclave Conservation Trust in Kavimba with effect from 5th February between 07:30 to 16:30 hrs Monday to Friday against a non-refundable registration fee of P2000.00 to the Chobe Enclave Conservation Trust account below:

Completed bid documents must be hand-delivered to the CECT Head office in Kavimba (Secretary Office) from Wednesday 5th February to 18th February 2025, at 10:00 a.m. where they will be placed in a locked box until the tender documents’ proposal opening.

NOTE: Tender opening shall be conducted on the closing day at 10:00 a.m
