TENDER

INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES

The University of Botswana Defined Contribution Pension Fund (UBDCPF) invites Companies/ Audit Firms to present a tender for the provision of External Audit Services.

1. Tender documents containing details of the requirements are available from the following email addresses Oagile Zilwa – zilwao@alexforbes.com and Motlatsi Mojela

2. Hand-delivered to the following address:

The Office of the Deputy Director

Business Services, Block 129 Office No. 2

(Inside University of Botswana Maintenance Yard) Main Campus, Gaborone

3. Telegraphic telephone and facsimile tenders will not be considered.

4. Notwithstanding anything contained above and in the tender document, the Fund is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender nor to incur any expenses in the preparation thereof.

5. Tenders shall be HAND delivered to the address stated on point (2) above and the following address not later than 12H30, 28 February 2025.

6. Tenders must be structured in the same way as detailed in the document.

7. A non-refundable deposit of P1 000.00 will be required upon collection of the Tender documents and all such payments shall be made payable to the University of Botswana Defined Contribution Pension Fund. Method of payment will be via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT). Request for bank details for EFT payment shall be made to Oagile Zilwa at Alexander Forbes Financial Services on 365 1925 or 398 3948 (zilwao@alexforbes.com and mojelamo@alexforbes.com).
