VACANCY: FUN PARK MANAGER

Humorous Games is seeking a dedicated Park manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance and growth of our beautiful park. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a passion for outdoor spaces and commitment to creating an inviting environment for visitors

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the park, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

Supervise, train, and support park staff to deliver excellent customer service.

Develop and implement strategies to grow park attendance and enhance visitor experiences.

Ensure regular maintenance of park facilities and grounds, ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Manage park budgets, track expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Organize special events, promotions, and seasonal activities to keep the park dynamic.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and local authorities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in park management, hospitality, or a similar leadership role.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Passion for outdoor spaces and creating positive experiences for visitors.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and staff management.

Creative thinking and ability to plan and execute engaging park activities and events.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons.
