The yard is walled with an electric fence.

MEASURING: 936 m² (Nine Hundred and Thirty-Six Square Metres)

THE PROPERTY: is held under Notarial Deed of Cession No. MA 749/2012 dated 5th day of October 2012 made in favour of ONTHATILE GOPOLANG.
