PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: Defendant’s rights, title and interest on certain piece of Land being Lot 60490, Gaborone measuring 540m2 with developments thereon comprising of an entrance verandah, living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms all fitted including the master ensuite, fitted kitchen, staff quarters accommodation comprises of an entrance door leading into the bedroom giving access to the rest of accommodation, communal bathroom, fitted kitchen, carport for space of one vehicle
