SMC Brands Pty Ltd is looking for a Sales Representative based in Francistown
Requirements & Skills:
l 2 - 3 years’ experience as a Sales representative, FMCG (Fast Moving Consumable Goods) in trade and functional knowledge & skills in trade marketing, customer engagement brand and trade programmes deployment
l Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with clients/customers and understanding their needs.
l Knowledge in developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
l Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
l Establish and maintain new business opportunities.
l Adaptability to adjust sales tactics based on client feedback and evolving market demands.
Educational Background:
l Graduate with a Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management or a related Field.
Job Description:
l Building, developing and managing a customer portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
l Generating leads, conducting outreach, and engaging potential customers through calls, email and in-person to present tailored solutions
l Presenting our products or services to clients and clearly articulating their value to close sales and secure long-term contracts.
l Collaborating with internal departments, including Marketing and Customer Support, to ensure client/customer satisfaction and seamless integration of client feedback.
l Keeping accurate and detailed records of sales activities, pipelines and ensuring up-to-date and accessible information.
l Staying informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitors’ activities to effectively position SMC BRANDS BOTSWANA in the Market and maintain a competitive edge.
