VACANCY – MANAGING DIRECTOR
Core Description
The purpose of this role is to direct and control all business operations within Botswana. This role will be entirely accountable for managing and directing Ultimate Solutions and for developing and implementing a strategy that is aligned with BCX Group, ensuring that growth, operational and financial objectives are met and that all statutory / governance requirements are adhered to.

Formulate & implement a strategic plan that accounts for current and future market forces and movements. This must include operational milestones that drive Ultimate Solutions to achieve its strategic objectives.
Provide thought leadership and embed a culture of innovation through leveraging intellectual property and facilitating strategic innovation within the sales environment
Establish and enhance relationships with strategic customers, partners, and suppliers with the aim of creating market dominance. Ensure a customer and sales-orientated mindset is implemented. Drive customer experience improvement.
Responsible for the management and effectiveness of all processes, including the identification and mitigation of strategic risk.
Develop and manage the annual budget and forecasts within strategic guidelines, directing and coordinating activities to achieve revenue achievement and cost containment
Establish and foster a culture of performance excellence, employee engagement and transformation
Ensure adherence to statutory and governance requirements in Botswana and in South Africa
Manage direct reports and ensure good HR practices throughout the business
Ensure growth and development of new business
Manage and monitor client satisfaction at regular intervals.

Qualifications
Relevant Degree in IT/Business/Commerce or Engineering OR an MBA will be advantageous.
Experience
If no relevant degree, then a minimum of 8 years› experience, of which at least 5 years were at an Executive level. Experience must include relevant exposure to the ICT sector and proven business acumen with experience in C-suite stakeholder engagement.
