EXPRESSION OF INTEREST IN OPENING A DIALYSIS CLINIC AT BAMALETE LUTHERAN HOSPITAL -GASIKO WARD IN RAMOTSWA DISTRICT.
Expression of Interest (EOI) is invited to experienced and reputable Companies and private clinics from Local 100% Citizen-owned companies registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) in the relevant codes 134 and sub-codes 03
Background:
Bamalete Lutheran Hospital is a Christian health facility and a district Hospital located in Ramotswa District council of Botswana, south east of the capital of Gaborone. The hospital serves the public by providing health services and has a total of 134 beds in different wards.
Currently the Hospital has a place that can be leased to interested People willing to open the clinic.
Scope of Work
The specific terms of reference for the provision of Dialysis clinic at Bamalete Lutheran Hospital will include but not be limited to:
• The Bidder must have registered a clinic with the Ministry of Health & Wellness and have obtained the necessary licenses.
• The Bidder should be a registered Firm/ medical clinic
• The Bidder must understand the regulations for dialysis centres in Botswana because each country has specific licensing requirements that must be met before opening the Centre. This might include: Patient care regulations, Facility accreditation standards Medicare and Medicaid compliance.
Interested parties shall submit including the below mandatory requirements;
• Certified copy of PPRA Registration form
Code 134: Health Services
Sub Code(s): 03, Health Care services (allied health, dentistry, midwifery-obstetrics, medicine, nursing, optometry, pharmacy, psychosocial, physiotherapy, ENT, Dialysis etc
• Certified copy of valid Tax Clearance
• Completed and Signed form of Declaration of Directors and Shareholders with attached certified ID copies of List of Company Directors and Shareholders.
• Certified copy of the certificate of incorporation/registration.
Preference margins will be applied in line with the prescribed Preference Schemes (Citizen Economic Empowerment Policy).
“Expression of Interest Reference No. BLH EOI/4/2024 Provision of Opening a Dialysis Clinic shall be delivered to Procurement Office, Bamalete Lutheran Hospital, Gasiko Ward, Ramotswa, Botswana on or before 15th November 2024 between 07:30 and 16:00 hours on week days.
The name and address of the bidder should be clearly marked on the envelope.
(Not withstanding anything in the foregoing, Bamalete Lutheran Hospital is not bound to accept the lowest or any expression of interest offer)
