Requirements:

*Proven experience( minimum 5 years) in manufacturing thin pastry dough, such as filo, puff pastry, or crêpes

Experience in using Sheeters

In-depth knowledge of dough lamination, rolling, and baking techniques • Ability to work precisely and maintain consistent quality

• A creative and innovative approach to pastry making

• Attachments are welcome with a diploma in basic cooking course
