Pastry Manufacturing Skill Needed: Pastry Dough Specialist

Are you a master of pastry dough?

We are searching for a highly skilled pastry makers with a specialization in creating delicate and flaky thin pastry dough. If you have a passion for crafting pastry we invite you to join our team. Operation based in Selebi Phikwe.

Requirements:

Proven experience( minimum 5 years) in manufacturing thin pastry dough, such as filo, puff pastry, or crêpes

Experience in using Sheeters

In-depth knowledge of dough lamination, rolling, and baking techniques

• Ability to work precisely and maintain consistent quality

• A creative and innovative approach to pastry making

• Attachments are welcome with a diploma in basic cooking course
