PROPERTY TO BE SOLD:The rights and interest of the Defendant in a certain piece of land being Lot 34310 Gaborone situated in the Gaborone West Extension 36 measuring 995m2 (nine hundred and ninety-five square metres) held under Deed of Transfer no 2083/2009 dated the 14th day of SEPTEMBER 2009 and made in favour of Oduetse Calben Leshogo together with all developments and improvements thereon;
