Application for a Certified Copy of Lost Deed

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Mona-Lisa Danieli Mungure, in her capacity as an agent, intends to apply for a certified copy of Deed of Transfer No. 650/ 2011 dated 7th April 2011 made in favour of Khos Khas (Proprietary) Limited

in respect of:

CERTAIN: piece of land being Lot 54935 Gaborone;

SITUATE: in the Gaborone Administrative District;

MEASURING: 1252 m2 (One Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Two Square Metres);

HELD UNDER: Deed of Transfer No. 650/ 2011 dated 7th April 2011 made in favour of Khos Khas (Proprietary) Limited.

All persons having objections to the issuance of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same, in writing, with The Registrar of Deeds, Private Bag 0020, Gaborone, within three (3) weeks of the last publication of this notice hereof.
