ASSURANCE ON QUALITY AND SAFETY OF SAVANNA PRODUCTS IN BOTSWANA

Heineken Beverages Botswana would like to reassure consumers that all Savanna products imported by us meet the highest health and safety standards and comply with all local tax regulations. Every product that we supply to customers are clearly marked with an expiry date to ensure it is safe and enjoyable for consumers.

We are aware that some distributors are selling unauthorised products sourced from outside our regulated supply chain. Please be advised that products without an expiry date are not imported by Heineken Beverages Botswana, and their quality cannot be guaranteed.

There is no product recall on any Savanna or Heineken Beverages products that is sold by us in Botswana. However, if you have purchased a Savanna product without an expiry date, we strongly encourage you to return it to the point of purchase, and seek one with an expiry date.

Your safety and enjoyment are our priority. Remember to always consume responsibly and stay informed about the products you purchase.
