NOTICE FOR THE GENERAL MEETING 2024 OF THE BOTSWANA MUSLIM ASSOCIATION

As per Clauses 7.1.1 and 7.1.3 of the BMA Constitution,

Notice is hereby given to all registered members that the General Meeting ofthe Botswana Muslim Association will be held on Sunday, 03 NOVEMBER 2024 at Masjid-un-Noor (Gaborone West) starting at 09:30 am.

Kindly note the following:

1.ONLY REGISTERED MEMBERS SHALL BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND. They are kindly requested to provide their National Identity/Passport numbers to be recorded in the attendance register, as this is a requirement of the Registrar of Societies.

2.A Proxy Form is sent by email for action by your local Management Committees, to be completed by those registered members who may not be able to attend the General Meeting.
