PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: Certain piece of land being Lot 9072, Letlapeng, situate in the Batlokwa Tribal Territory, measuring 864m2 (Eight Hundred and Sixty-Four Square Metres) which is held under Notarial Deed of Cession No. MA 169/2021 dated 16th day of February 2021 registered in favour of MALEBOGO OLOBE together with the developments thereon being a 2 (Two) bedroomed house comprising of sitting room, Fitted Kitchen, combined Toilet and bathroom, screen wall.
