PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: 1st Defendant’s right, title and interest on certain piece of land being Portion 22 (a Portion of Portion 4) of the Farm No. 1-NQ; situated in the North East Administrative District, measuring 4,3579ha together with developments thereon comprising of a three bedroomed double storey house with 1x master ensuite, sitting room, office, lounge, fitted kitchen, pentry scullery, toilets, double garage, servant’s quarter with 2x bedrooms with shower, toilet and kitchenette, double garage, entertainment area with swimming pool held under Deed of Transfer No. FT 579/2009 dated the 13th day of July 2009 made in favour of GINNI ENTERPRISES (PTY) LTD;
