Technical Manager

Job Description: As a Technical Manager specializing in Light Steel Frame construction, you will oversee the technical aspects of our projects, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, alternative building solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

*Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Light Steel Frame construction projects.

*Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.

*Provide technical expertise and guidance on Light Steel Frame construction methods and best practices.

*Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in Light Steel Frame construction.

*Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.

Qualifications:

*FrameCAD Detailer experience

*FrameCAD Structure experience

*ProCAD experience

*Scottsdale experience

*Minimum of 10 years experience in the Light Steel Frame construction industry.

*Proven experience in a technical leadership role within the Light Steel Frame construction industry.

*Strong knowledge of Light Steel Frame construction techniques, materials, and tools.

*Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

*Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
