PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: Tribal Lot 2919, Mochudi. The property is situated in Bakgatla Tribal Territory, measuring 1319m2 (One Thousand Three Hundred and Nineteen Square Metres), held under Memorandum of Lease No. TL 177/2001 dated 23rd April 2021 made in favour of DIKUPE RAMATLHAPE together with developments thereon being a three bedroomed house, sitting room, kitchen, dinning and toile with bathroom, single garage. The piece of land has a boundary wall.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 10% of accepted bid on acceptance. Detailed conditions may be inspected at the offices of Deputy Sheriff Augustine Mokalake. The Deputy Sheriff shall not be obliged to accept any bid made.
