Rodizio Restaurant is a Brazilian restaurant situated in Gaborone which operates under the RODIZIO international brand Rodizio Restaurant seeks to employ CHEFS to enhance its services at its Gaborone Branches. Vacancies are also available for Grillers, Barmen, And Cleaners.

We are looking for candidates with the following attributes,

*The candidate must be well versed with Portuguese and Brazilian cuisine

*Able to maintain a high level of food standard which competes equally or above existing food outlets in Gaborone and surrounding areas

*Must be creative, innovative and work well under pressure

*Must be highly organized and have strong focus on customer satisfaction

*Must be able to coordinate well with a team of workmates

*A minimum of 5 years in a similar position is a requirement

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

*Ensuring that the food production conforms to the requirement of thebrand, BOBS, HACCP and ISO Standards.

*Ensure that the restaurant remains a safe and healthy place for its patrons

*Liaise with suppliers in the procurement and valuation of food supplies
