Training and Development Manager:

Mature, independent with Certificate in Vocational Education and Training with proven qualifications, skills and 15-20 years of experience in all aspects of administration and management in remote upmarket hospitality industry.

Ideal candidate should display knowledge of localization training, development of training programs and manuals, extensive computer skills, ability to spend extended periods in remote wildlife locations and a driver’s license.
