Contracts Manager: Mature applicant must be able to manage large contracts concurrently in remote areas. The Applicant must have tertiary qualifications in both Building construction as well as a Quantity surveying and must have 6-10 years management experience which must include commercial construction, operations, project administration, plumbing and concrete etc. Strong business acumen, organizational, computer and management skills, estimating & forecasting, ability to prepare and to liaise directly with clients at highest level absolutely essential.
