Danoher Group of Companies requires the services of suitably qualified candidate for the following positions in Botswana.

| SENIOR TECHNICAL MANAGER – Crushing and Plant equipment. | Minimum of 10 years’ experience in: Operational Management of earth moving equipment (white & yellow metal), Metso and Volvo equipment, specialised skills and training are non-negotiable. Must have vast experience in earth moving and crushing equipment, with sound mechanical and trade experience. Needs to be a specialist in his field of expertise |
| SITE SENIOR GENERAL FOREMAN – 2 positions – each based-on sites in Gaborone and Francistown. | Minimum of 5 years’ experience in: Operational Management of earth moving equipment (white & yellow metal, on site in the quarry), Metso and Volvo equipment, specialised skills and training are non-negotiable. Minimum of 3-5 years supervisor / foreman experience on sites managing day to day operations and be able to work independently. Must have experience in managing people to maximise return of the days production. Be able to delegate tasks and allocation functions to teams to achieve. Must be able to work independently on sites. Needs to have experience on working on shifts and rooster planning. |
